The wedding day timeline was prepared extremely well! The entire day felt well prepared, stress-free, relaxed and enjoyable…not always the case on hectic wedding days! Communication before the wedding was appreciated and during the wedding was excellent.
She constantly checked in about key things, and made sure I was in the loop, making my job much more comfortable. Julie was very easy to work with. Not once was there an issue.
Julie was extremely helpful when the situation called for it. She always seemed to be present and engaged but never in the way. She offered some great ideas for photos, with a thoughtful eye and an understanding of important details. I would recommend Julie to others !

I can’t recommend Julie highly enough as a wedding planner and coordinator. She is very detail oriented, and has good experience in the hospitality business which gives her a helpful background for recommending vendors, locations, decor, etc. Julie’s philosophy is that the wedding family shouldn’t have to do anything on the day of the wedding except enjoy their guests, and she takes care of all the countless details involved in a wedding to make that happen.
She is easy to work with, understands how to implement the bridal couple’s vision for their special day, and is unflappable under pressure. My assumption as the MOB was that I could handle most wedding details myself – but during that last week of coordinating out of town guests, hotel reservations, final vendor contracts, bridal party, guest list, seating arrangements, rehearsal dinner, etc., etc., etc, even the most well-organized person needs someone to stay on top of all the details.
Several of the guests at our daughter’s wedding were so impressed with Julie that they asked for her contact information, which I gave to them without hesitation or reservation and with my my highest recommendation. She goes way beyond the call of duty to make her clients’ wedding perfect.

There are no words to thank you for what you did for us on our wedding day. You were there for the thick and the thin of it, and from where I’m sitting, you did a fantastic job keeping order and aligning the stars to make sure that nerves were calm and the wedding went smoothly.
I do not know what any of us, but especially me, would have done if you had not been there to orchestrate. You are a gem for what you did, I would have been a nervous wreck without you there and I know everything would not have happened so easily without you on my wedding day. My humble opinion is that you have a gift for working with people.

Julie was an incredible asset to our wedding celebration! She has a natural gift for organization, efficiency, and attention to detail, combined with a calm, gentle, and thoughtful demeanor that helped everyone involved in the wedding relax and follow her lead. We had a large wedding, with over 300 guests, and we gave Julie the daunting task of ensuring that everything went smoothly the day of. Julie was a joy to work with throughout the process, devoting time and attention to getting to know us as a couple and our hopes for our wedding, to help us create a celebration of our relationship and our commitment to each other.
The day of the wedding, she had everyone in place so that the ceremony was seamless, even noticing that my veil needed a small adjustment just before I walked down the aisle.
